Chinese police unit Special Police Officer – Custom Printed Brick Block Figure

this is a minifigure. Based on the image, here are the items depicted:

• Minifigure: A toy figure, likely a building block type.
• Tactical Helmet: The figure is wearing a black helmet.
• Night Vision Goggles (NVG): Attached to the helmet, these appear to be quad-nod NVGs.
• Ballistic Vest/Body Armor: The figure is wearing a black vest with printed details suggesting pockets and gear.
• Uniform: Black tactical clothing with printed details on the arms and legs.
• Riot Shield: A large black shield with “POLICE” printed in English and “特警” (Tèjǐng – meaning “Special Police” or “SWAT”) printed in Chinese. It also has what appear to be viewports or reflective patches.
• Assault Rifle: The figure is holding a black rifle that resembles a QBZ-95 (95式) with an attached bayonet and possibly a scope or sight.
• Communication Headset: A headset with a microphone is visible on the figure’s head, under the helmet.
• Goggles/Protective Eyewear: Worn on the figure’s face.

As for who the character is, it represents a Special Police Officer (特警 / Tèjǐng), likely from a Chinese police unit, given the Chinese characters on the shield and the type of rifle (QBZ-95, which is a standard issue rifle for Chinese police and military). It’s a generic representation rather than a specific named character.
