Scharführer a rank equivalent to a Squad Leader, from the Marine Hitler Youth (Marine-HJ) – Custom Printed Brick Block Figure

This minifigure represents a Scharführer, a rank equivalent to a Squad Leader, from the Marine Hitler Youth (Marine-HJ). The text in the image explicitly confirms his rank and the specific branch of this Nazi Germany youth organization.

The Marine-HJ was the naval branch of the Hitler Youth. Its purpose was to provide boys aged 14 to 18 with pre-military naval training, such as sailing, navigation, and seamanship, to prepare them for future service in the Kriegsmarine (German Navy). This figure is a generic representation of a teenage NCO from this specific organization.

The items in the picture consist of the detailed minifigure and his personal case:

• The toy minifigure is wearing the standard uniform of the Marine Hitler Youth, which is based on a German sailor’s uniform and consists of a dark blue jumper with a sailor collar and white trousers.
• His headgear is a white sailor’s cap, which is distinguished by the diamond-shaped Hitler Youth insignia (featuring a swastika) on the front. He also wears the standard Nazi Party swastika armband on his left arm.
• The accessory he is holding is a brown briefcase or document case, printed with the letters “H.J.” (the abbreviation for Hitlerjugend) and the Sieg rune, another symbol used by the organization.
