Soviet infantryman from the World War II era 2 – Custom Printed Brick Block Figure

This image shows a custom building block minifigure of a Soviet infantryman from the World War II era. The text at the bottom of the image explicitly identifies the figure as “N668 Soviet Infantry-PPS“.

The character is a Soviet Red Army soldier with a cheerful, open-mouthed expression. He is wearing a standard khaki-green tunic with a high collar, red collar tabs, a brown belt with a square buckle, and dual ammunition pouches for a submachine gun. The headwear he has on is a pilotka (side cap), which features a red star emblem on the front.

Two additional items are displayed next to the figure. One is a dark grey SSh-40 steel helmet, the standard helmet for Soviet troops, which also has a red star emblem. The other item is the soldier’s weapon, a submachine gun identified in the text as a PPS. This is a replica of the PPS-43 (Pistolet-Pulemyot Sudaeva model of 1943), a Soviet submachine gun known for its simplicity and reliability. The model accurately shows its folding metal stock, perforated barrel shroud, and curved magazine.
