female German communications auxiliary Helferinnen from the World War II – Custom Printed Brick Block Figure

This image shows a custom building block minifigure representing a female German communications auxiliary from the World War II era. These women were known as Helferinnen.

The character is wearing a grey service uniform. This consists of a formal, double-breasted tunic with silver buttons and a matching grey skirt printed on the legs. On the left breast of the tunic is the Wehrmachtsadler (the German armed forces eagle insignia). Underneath the tunic, the figure is wearing a white collared shirt with a black tie, which is detailed with a small golden pin. The minifigure has a female face printed with blue eyes and lipstick, and her blonde hair is sculpted in an updo or bun style. This uniform is representative of those worn by women who served in the German army’s communication corps as telephone, telegraph, and radio operators.
