This is a custom clothing accessory for a toy minifigure, representing the iconic Soviet Red Army “Telogreika” Padded Winter Jacket, also known as a Vatnik, from World War II.

The accessory is a single piece designed to look like the torso of the jacket, worn as a vest-like outer layer with field equipment.
