bomb disposal expert wearing a beige EOD Explosive Ordnance Disposal bomb sapper suit green color – Custom Printed Brick Block Figure

This image also shows a minifigure.

The figure is wearing a blue E.O.D. (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) suit, also commonly referred to as a bomb suit or sapper suit.

Key features visible are:

• Heavy-duty blue body armor covering the torso and limbs.
• A large, protective helmet with a clear visor.
• The letters “E.O.D.” are printed on the chest.
• Several pouches or equipment are attached to the front of the suit.
• The figure has white hands.

Therefore, similar to the previous one, this figure represents an E.O.D. technician or a bomb disposal expert, but this version is in a blue suit.
