British Parachute Regiment commander officer or NCO Red Devils – Custom Printed Brick Block Figure

This minifigure represents a commander, such as an officer or NCO, from the British Parachute Regiment during World War II. He is identified by the text in the image as one of the “Red Devils.”

“The Red Devils” (in Chinese: 红魔, Hóngmó) was a famous nickname given to British paratroopers by their German adversaries in North Africa, who were impressed by their tenacity in battle. The name, inspired by their iconic headgear, became a proud title for all of Britain’s airborne forces. This character is a generic representation of the elite soldiers who fought in key battles like the D-Day landings in Normandy and Operation Market Garden in the Netherlands.

The items in the picture consist of the detailed minifigure and his standard-issue rifle:

• The toy minifigure is wearing the signature equipment of a British paratrooper. This includes the famous red beret with the Parachute Regiment cap badge, and a camouflage Denison smock worn over his uniform. He has detailed printed webbing with ammunition pouches.
• His weapon accessory is a Lee-Enfield No. 4 Mk I rifle. This powerful and reliable bolt-action rifle was the standard firearm for the vast majority of British and Commonwealth soldiers throughout the war.
