As for the characters:
The central figure appears to be a powerful, dark lord, sorcerer king, or a being of immense dark energy. The Chinese name “深渊转轮王（蓝）” translates to something like “Abyss Wheel-Turning King (Blue)” or “Abyssal Chakravartin (Blue),” indicating a high-ranking entity from a dark realm, with this version distinguished by blue energy accents. The suggestions like “LEGO Dragon Skeletor” or “lego malthael” point towards a formidable villain archetype, perhaps a master of dark magic, a skeletal overlord, or an angel of death type figure, all fitting the visual cues.
The four smaller figures are his acolytes, cultists, or guardians, as suggested by the Chinese name “4护法” (4 Dharma Protectors/Guardians). Their identical eerie appearance with symbolic robes signifies their allegiance and role as servants or protectors of the central, more powerful figure. The winged ones might serve as scouts or elite guards.
