The image shows a LEGO-style minifigure with a classic ghost or grim reaper face print (white with black eyes and an open mouth) under a black hood. The figure is wearing a black robe.
It wields a large black scythe, a traditional attribute of a grim reaper.
The figure has a complex backpack-like assembly made of black LEGO elements, from which multiple black, spider-like legs or appendages extend outwards. These appendages have white, pointed tips. There are also some chain elements attached to this structure.
Several LEGO skull pieces are attached to the figure and its appendages: one white skull with red eyes on a black cylinder to the figure’s right, another white skull with blue eyes on a white cylinder to its left, and a larger, light grey skull with black eyes positioned centrally on the spider-leg assembly.
The figure is standing on or emerging from a translucent green, swirling flame or energy element.
The setting is consistent with the previous images: a dark, granular ground surface and grey, rocky formations in the background against a white backdrop.
Given the scythe, hooded appearance, skulls, and the “Netherworld/Underworld” descriptor in the filename, the character is clearly a type of Grim Reaper, Death Emissary, or Netherworld Demon. The spider-like appendages and multiple skulls are custom MOC additions that enhance its menacing and supernatural appearance.
