Detailed Character Description

(Utilizing comprehensive 360-degree UV printing, this figure meticulously captures the rugged and heavily equipped appearance of a frontline White Army shock trooper.)

• Headgear & Face: The figure is crowned with a dark green Adrian helmet, prominently featuring the regiment’s defining white skull and crossbones (Death’s Head) emblem on the front badge. The light nougat face print displays a stoic expression with a neat black mustache, secured by a printed brown helmet chinstrap.

• Torso & Uniform (Front): He wears a standard khaki peasant-style tunic (gymnastiorka), detailed with dark stitching and sharp black and red collar tabs. The shoulders feature printed epaulettes with red outlining.

• Tactical Webbing & Arms: Over the tunic, the figure wears a brown leather waist belt supporting twin leather ammunition pouches secured with a brass-colored buckle, accompanied by a leather cross-strap over the right shoulder. The left arm features the iconic blue, shield-shaped Kornilov Regiment patch (depicting a skull and crossed swords) above a chevron, while the right arm displays a single red chevron. The hands are molded in grey, representing wool or leather field gloves.

• Back & Side Gear: The 360-degree printing reveals crucial survival equipment on the rear, including a white canvas-covered canteen slung across the back and a black bayonet scabbard hanging securely from the left side of the belt.

• Legs & Footwear: The lower body consists of matching khaki trousers. To navigate muddy battlefields, the lower legs are tightly wrapped in textured green puttees (leg wraps). These transition into highly detailed black marching boots featuring printed hobnailed soles and reinforced stitching.

Historical Background

The Kornilov Shock Regiment was one of the most feared and respected volunteer infantry units of the White Army during the chaotic Russian Civil War (1917–1922). Originally established as an elite shock detachment during World War I to break through enemy trenches, the regiment became the hardened core of the anti-Bolshevik forces in southern Russia. They famously adopted the skull and crossbones insignia to signify their commitment to “victory or death,” flatly refusing to surrender to the Red Army. The uniform of the Kornilov infantryman reflects the desperate logistical reality of the White Army: a combination of traditional Russian Imperial tunics (gymnastiorkas) and foreign-supplied equipment, most notably the French Adrian helmets, which were heavily relied upon by White forces due to massive domestic supply shortages.
