Detailed Character Identification, Description, and Historical Background
Character Identification
Four different medieval fantasy militiamen: Red Dragon, Tree Emblem, Fleur de Lis and Double Headed Eagle, each with matching equipment.
Detailed Character Description
The Red Dragon swordsman wears split white-and-yellow clothing and carries a curved sword. The bearded Tree Emblem figure wears a muted tunic and has a broad-bladed polearm. The Fleur de Lis figure has an orange-brown laced coat, red neck scarf and hooked polearm. The Double Headed Eagle figure combines a riveted brown torso, yellow-and-black details and a pointed-blade polearm. The individual member images show each figure’s matching separate armor, heraldic shield and colored cape piece.
Historical / Thematic Background
Castle garrisons and urban defenses drew on a wider range of fighting roles than the familiar image of the mounted knight. Foot soldiers could carry shields and different hand weapons, with helmets and body protection suited to the equipment available. This collection turns that broad medieval infantry theme into four distinct fantasy characters. It is a varied heraldic patrol for an imagined setting rather than a documented unit, royal bodyguard or reconstruction of one historical battle.
The Red Dragon figure contributes bright white-and-yellow clothing and a curved sword. Its separate eagle-emblem armor is part of the actual kit despite differing from the dragon shield. The bearded Tree Emblem figure has subdued clothing and a broad-bladed polearm. Orange-brown clothes and a pale fleur-de-lis mark the third figure, while the fourth uses double-headed-eagle equipment, yellow-and-black details and a pointed-blade polearm. The four shields make the members easy to tell apart in a shared scene.
The group can guard a gatehouse, form a small castle patrol or take part in a heraldic storytelling display. Exactly four complete figures are supplied, with one equipment kit for each member: helmet, shield, separate armor and colored cape piece, plus the pictured sword or polearm. The overview shows the four characters together; individual gallery images explain their corresponding equipment without increasing the figure count. Their emblems do not by themselves establish real countries or a common historical allegiance.
Included Contents
Four complete militia figures, one of each N322–N325 design, with four gray brimmed helmets, four heraldic shields, four matching separate armor pieces, red/purple/gray-brown/yellow cape pieces, one curved sword and three gray polearms. The overview and individual equipment layouts show the same four characters. No horses, flags, large baseplate or additional soldiers are included.
