Who is this character?

This minifigure represents a “Blue Special Forces Soldier,” likely intended to be a member of a SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) team or a similar police special forces unit.

This identification is based on:

• The filename “蓝色特种兵A款” (Lánsè Tèzhǒngbīng A kuǎn), where “蓝色” (Lánsè) means “Blue” and “特种兵” (Tèzhǒngbīng) translates to “Special Forces Soldier.”
• The image tags “lego blue swat” and “Lego Police Special Forces” directly support this interpretation.
• Dark blue uniforms are commonly associated with police tactical units in many regions.
• The combination of a gas mask, tactical vest, helmet, and other gear is characteristic of such operatives.

This is a custom or “Lego alternative” minifigure, not an official Lego product.
